FixMate explains how account details, repair descriptions, uploaded evidence, reports, and marketplace conversations are handled.

Repair evidence and shared reports

Only add photos or videos that are relevant to the repair. A report is shared with a repairer only when you choose to share it; check the full privacy information for details about access, retention, and account controls.

Analytics and cookies

The published site uses Replit Project Analytics for page views and traffic sources. Replit says analytics cookies are disabled by default. FixMate does not use advertising pixels or ad cookies; sign-in uses necessary authentication cookies.

How long information is kept

Temporary diagnosis uploads are cleared within two hours. Repair-job photos stay with the job until removed or the account is deleted. Shared repair report links expire after seven days and can be revoked sooner. Some account, job, or payment records may be retained for service, dispute, legal, or financial needs.
